Patricia Ann Lytwynec

Raleigh, North Carolina

Age 61.
Died 5/4/2023.

Patricia Ann Lytwynec passed away peacefully May 4, 2023 at the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield, North Carolina after a brief illness. She was born April 24, 1962, in Little Falls New York, the youngest daughter of Joseph and Agnes Murphy Lytwynec. She attended school in both Ilion and Little Falls, eventually graduating from Little Falls. She was a graduate of Fordham University. Patty worked and lived most of her years in New York and New Jersey. She managed a number of prominent restaurants over the years in Manhattan and Northern New Jersey eventually leaving the industry for other pursuits. She particularly enjoyed raising German Shepherds. Patty was predeceased by both her parents as well as her brother Joey Lytwynec. She was also predeceased by her husband Dominick Freda. She is survived by her siblings Anne Lytwynec of Farmington NY, Elizabeth Kiszka of Freehold NJ, Brian Lytwynec of Sparta NJ, Jennifer Mulready of Newton Mass and Mellissa Harris of Little Falls NY. She’s also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and her Aunt Helen Lytwynec Murphy of Edison NJ. In addition, she is survived by a number of life long friends including Matthew Brugel and her German Shepherd Lyla. The family would like to extend our deep appreciation to the staff, caregivers and volunteers of the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield, North Carolina for their support, guidance and care throughout. In respect of Patty’s wishes there will be no services. Anyone wishing to offer a memoriam in Patty’s name is asked to consider the SECU Hospice House at PO Box 1376, Smithfield NC 27577.
