Frank Anthony Montefusco

Angier, North Carolina

Age 60.
Died 1/14/2024.

Frank Anthony Montefusco, 60, died Sunday morning, January 14, 2024 of natural causes at home in Angier, NC. He was born in Brooklyn, NY on July 25, 1963, the son of Joseph Frank and Phyllis Rose (Formichelli) Montefusco. His family moved to New Hampshire in 1965. He is a graduate of Stevens High School in Claremont, NH, the class of 1982. He then went on to earn an associate degree at Claremont Regional Technical Center, and built his business, Montec Inc. in North Carolina. Frank’s love for his family was the focus of his life. He was a dedicated husband and father who enjoyed spending time with his wife and kids, and used his business, Montec Inc., to provide the best for them. His hobbies included yearly hunting trips and car shows. Frank treated everyone he knew with kindness and was always the first to lend a helping hand. He could be counted on to have the know-how to fix just about anything. Everyone enjoyed his company, his humor, and his fun to be around personality. He had a big heart and was an incredibly hard-working man. All who knew him remember him as a wonderful guy and great friend. To his wife, he was an exceptional husband. In addition to his loving wife, Lorena Ann (Krajcik) Montefusco whom he married on September 13, 1997, he is survived by their children, Tara Montefusco of Raleigh, NC; Jacob Montefusco of Raleigh, NC; Loren Montefusco of Greenville, SC; and Anthony Montefusco of Raleigh, NC; his sister, Kara Santti and her husband, Norman Santti of Sunapee, NH; his brother-in-law, Donald Chartier of Newport, NH; his uncles and aunts, John and Arlene Formichelli of Claremont, NH; Marie and Joseph Neri of St. Cloud, FL; Ellen Montefusco of Long Island, NY; as well as numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. Frank is predeceased by his parents Joseph and Phyllis Montefusco, and his sister, Kathy Chartier. Friends may call at Oaklyn Springs Brewery on Sunday January 28,2024 from 1-3 pm. 2912 N. Main Street, Suite 100 Fuquay-Varina, NC 27540 A burial service will take place in Sunapee, NH, at a later date. In lieu of tangible items, the family appreciates your continued sharing of your thoughts and memories of Frank and appreciates your friendship, love, and support.
