Christina Lockette

Christina Kaye Lockette, 35, of Winchester, Virginia, passed away on August 10, 2025. Born on February 14, 1990, in Dothan, Alabama, to Jayne Hensley and Chip Langford, Christina brought warmth and love to everyone she met. During her grade school years, she moved with her family to Winchester, Virginia, where she built a life filled with family, adventure, and cherished memories. Christina was the devoted wife of Hunter Lockette and a loving mother to her children, Shyanne (12), Brantley (9), and Aspen (7). She also held a special place in her heart for her son, Brodie, who preceded her in death. Her family was her greatest joy, and she poured her heart into creating unforgettable moments with them. An avid lover of the outdoors, Christina found peace and happiness hiking, camping, and spending weekends at Cape Hatteras. Her adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors were matched only by her dedication to her family and her ability to make every moment together meaningful. Christina is survived by her husband, Hunter; her children, Shyanne, Brantley, and Aspen; her mother Jayne, brother, and sister, as well as a wide circle of family and friends who will forever cherish her vibrant spirit and loving heart. She was preceded in death by her son, Brodie, father chip and sister Amy Langford. A celebration of Christina’s life will be held on September 6 in Romney, WV, with details to be shared by the family. To infinity and beyond forever and always.
