Obituary
Boniface Anthony Uliciansky

Cary, North Carolina

Age 86.
Died 4/30/2024.

Boniface “Boni” Anthony Uliciansky sadly left us on April 30th, 2024, at the age of 86. Caring husband of Eva Dagmar Uliciansky for 60 years. Father to Iveta Filipchuk, Beata Silvestri (husband David), Milota Salay (husband Jack) and Peter Uliciansky (wife Jennifer Reginelli). He is blessed with eight grandchildren, whom he adored: Nicholas, Katherin, Anna, Michael, Lukas, Amelia, Jakub and Mikaela. Born in Kosice, now the Slovak Republic he emigrated with his wife and two young children to Canada in 1968, during the USSR’s occupation of Czechoslovakia. In 1980, he relocated with his family to Lakeland, Florida. In 2020 Boniface, with his wife Eva, became residents of the Carolina Preserve in Cary, North Carolina. There he enjoyed the hot tub, swimming, walks in the park with his wife, and cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning. As a civil engineer, Boniface worked on numerous projects including NASA’s Space Shuttle Program, Walt Disney World and the US Navy. The center of every family gathering was a prayer from Boni and a reminder of how, as a family, we should always trust in God and love and help each other, even after he is gone. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 17th, at 11am at Mother Teresa Catholic Church in Cary, NC.
