Obituary
Andrea Denean Brady

Sanford, North Carolina

Age 40.
Died 1/12/2022.

ANDREA DENEAN BRADY Feb 26, 1981 ~ Jan 12, 2022 On the morning of January 12, 2022, Andrea collapsed as she prepared to go to work. She succumbed to a pulmonary embolism resulting in cardiac arrest. Andrea was proceeded in death by infant son Boston Dean Taylor, who passed away of SIDS in March 2007. She is survived by her children - Christian (21), currently attending Salisbury University, Dockery (17) and Brooklyn (13), whom she shared with her former husband, Jimmy Taylor of Fuquay-Varina, NC. Her children were the greatest source of joy in her life. Andrea is also survived by her devoted parents – Dennis and Mary Brady of Edgewater, MD, and her brother, sister-in-law, and nieces – Ryan, Mary, Taylor and Julia Brady of Hughesville, MD. Additionally, Andrea will be remembered by a vast extended family including her grandmother, Mary Frazier, and various aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Andrea was born and raised in the Southern Maryland area of Charles County. She loved sports of all kinds! For many years, she competed at a high-level in travel softball and then played in college. After college, Andrea taught preschool for a few years at First Baptist Waldorf Preschool and Kindergarten. Later, she built a career working in various capacities for Petco in the Maryland area. Her love and devotion to animals was clearly the driver for her chosen profession. In 2021, she accepted a management promotion at Petco in Sanford, NC. The decision to accept this challenge was underscored by her desire to move closer to her two youngest children. Stemming from her love of animals, Andrea was a devoted volunteer for Rescue Angels of Southern Maryland, an animal rescue organization. She fostered several animals and served numerous others in need. Andrea has a saving relationship with Jesus Christ and currently resides in her forever Heavenly home with her Lord and is reunited with her loved ones who have gone before. We celebrate her life! Her Celebration of Life service will be held: Saturday, March 26, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Waldorf 10045 Bunker Hill Rd Waldorf, MD 20603 In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to: First Baptist Church of Waldorf 10045 Bunker Hill Rd, Waldorf, MD 20603 www.fbcwaldorf.org or Rescue Angels of Southern Maryland P.O.
